It was a stroke of luck to have met Jessica Hardy, in Belize, who had worked for Dr. Rullan and staff. Meeting Dr. Rullan is the difference in our young horse Paco living or having to be put down. On a very busy day, Dr. Rullan took his time to sit down and review Paco's history and photos., then devise a medical program to start. The staff at Performance Equine was also very professional, friendly, and helpful, from the first phone call in setting up the initial appointment to meeting them in person and to creating the vet medical charts, etc.
